Return Policy

1. Unwanted or unsuitable items

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable conditions. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

2. Damaged items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

3. Items received in error

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

4. How to return a product

Please send an email to: info@nipponblades.com. Please provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem. We will contact you with instructions to return the items.
